　今年はキッチンカーと屋台も出店します。
料金：8,000円
　BBQ、ドリンク飲み放題、キッチンカーや屋台で使える500円クーポン
　更に6月29日夜の036での飲み放題も付いてます。

●バス●
桜坂～アザマサンサンビーチへの往復バス運行
料金：3,000円　（先着270名）
行き：集合時間：8:30／出発9:00
帰り：現地発15:00／到着16:00頃
　最終のバスは９時に出発します。
　乗り遅れ、自己都合によるキャンセルは払い戻しいたしません。
　各自で現地へ向かっていただきます。
　（お支払いをお済でないお客様で乗り遅れ、自己都合によるキャンセルは代金をお支払いいただきます）

●受付・支払い●
6月28日　ホテルパームロイヤルNAHA (MAP)
のプールサイドで行います。
時間：14：00～20：00
　パームロイヤルで受付の方にはウェルカムドリンク一杯差し上げます。
　20時以降受付ご希望の方は036で行います。（1時頃まで）
　沖縄在住の方、早めにお越しの方は２週間前より036で受付可能です。
　お支払い方法は現金、クレジットカード、コード決済が可能です。

6月29日当日に受付・お支払いされる方は手数料としておひとり様500円頂きます。
また、お支払い方法は現金のみです（バスをご利用のお客様は最後のご案内になります。）

●注意事項●
取り消しはビーチパーティ、バス共１か月前までにお願い致します。（受付時の変更はお受けできません。）
グループでお申し込みの方は出来る限り纏めて受付、支払いをお願い致します。
5名以上のグループの方で纏めてお支払いいただいた方にはグループで500円値引き致します（一人当たりではありません）
車で参加されるお客様は、現地にて駐車料金1台につき500円お支払いください。
当日のお申込みは承っておりません。

This year we will have a kitchen cars and food stalls.
Fee: 8,000 yen
Include as follows:
BBQ, all-you-can-drink, and a 500 yen coupon to be used at the kitchen cars and food stalls.
Furthermore, it includes all-you-can-drink at 036 on the night of June 29.

First, please do this at the same time you apply for the 036 Beach Party.
Next, please pay it together with the 036 beach party fee.

Round-trip bus service from Sakurazaka to Azama Sun Sun Beach
Fee: 3,000 yen
Bus service is limited to the first 270 customers
Please kindly apply as soon as possible.
To: Meeting time: 8:30 / Departure: 9:00
Return: Departure from the site: 15:00 / Arrival around 16:00
The last bus departs at 9:00.
No refunds will be made for missed rides or cancellations due to personal reasons.
You will be asked to head to the site on your own.
(Customers who have not paid for the tour and miss the bus or cancel due to personal reasons will
be required to pay for the tour.)

Reception and Payment
June 28th at the Palm Royal Hotel by the poolside Bar
Time: 14:00 - 20:00
A glass of welcome drink will be served to those who register at Palm Royal.
For those who wish to pay after 20:00, we will do so at 036 (until around 1:00)
If you are a resident of Okinawa or coming early, you can pay at 036 from 2 weeks prior to the event.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or QR code payment

For those who will pay on the day of June 29th, we will charge 500 yen per person as a handling fee.
Payment is by cash only.
Those who use bus service will be the last to depart.

Please review the guidelines as follows:
Cancellations must be made at least one month in advance for both the beach party and bus.
No changes will be accepted at the time of payment.
Groups of 5 or more people must pay together as much as possible.
Groups of 5 or more people who pay together will receive a group discount of 500 yen per group
(not per person).
For those who are coming by car, please pay 500 yen per car for parking fee at the entrance of
Azama Sun Sun Beach
On-site application we will not accept.
